Google Fiber Box: I’ve not been able to authenticate this, so I’m assuming it’s a fake, unless someone can tell me otherwise. It’s got to be a fake.

Nexus Q: What the fuck is this? Why trail a product by showing off the fact that it has three massive cables coming out of the back? Surely you photograph stuff like this without cables attached?
All I can concentrate on is the cables and the bizarre shape. Nobody wants AV peripherals that are anything other than square or rectangular. Paddington Hard Stare in your direction, Boxee Box.
At least it doesn’t look like an AirPort Express/Apple TV, I suppose.
(I won’t be buying one, just in case that’s not clear.)

Nexus 7: It’s good, but where’s the keyboard? It’s almost as if the they are positioning this as a content consumption device, and not a PC substitute. Almost as if they are positioning it as something that you would buy instead of a Kindle Fire, and not buy instead of an iPad.
What a disappointment.
Also, the Kindle Fire is fucked.

Google Nexus Tablet: Experience has taught me that, much like in the first verse of Jerusalem*, the answer to questions posed in linkbait headlines is usually “no”.
So when Gizmodo, that bastion of journalistic greatness, screams “Is this Google’s Nexus Tablet?”, I’m wary. No, wait. Not wary. I just DON’T CARE. Even if it is not true (and Gizmodo can’t even be bothered to notice that it is Asus, not Acer, that seem to be the manufacturer), the question they should be asking is “Does this new tablet thing look like an iPhone?”. In that case the answer is yes, yes it does.
*This is worth reading. The words are widely misinterpreted.

Google CR48 Chromebook: Hypothetically speaking, if one were to say “Google never innovated anything with Android. Basically, they had a rubbish product, which was a blatant rip-off of the BlackBerry, and then the iPhone came along and they took the decision to steal all the good bits from iOS and package them up as if Android were somehow new and innovative. The same is true of the CR48 - it is nothing more than a netbook designed to look like a black MacBook. Google now couldn’t innovate if they tried. Because they don’t care what anyone thinks and because they are obsessed with money, they have taken to treating their users like crap in an effort to make even more cash.”, would one get sued? Hypothetically speaking?
